the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 if you wish to cancel the contract, please write to headphonesdirect, 35 high street, new malden, surrey, kt3 4by. to cancel this contract you must give us notice within 7 working days starting on the day after the day you receive the goods. alternatively, you may fax us on 020 8942 9124, stating your order number and cancellation instructions. we shall refund the total amount of money paid for the goods, less any costs attributed to collecting the goods if required, within 30 days starting on the day we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you. we would remind you that once you have notified us of your intent to cancel the contract, there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. you must return the goods to us at your own expense to the address noted above. ensure the goods are adequately insured for the return journey back to us as you are held to be responsible for their safe return. if you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested, we can arrange collection of the goods from you at your cost (which will be deducted from any refund due). note that none of these conditions affect your statutory rights, which shall be deemed to be those set in law within the united kingdom. prices may change without notice. errors and omissions are excluded. |
